ROKAJ Fest 2007

In its 2nd year of existence, RF definitely became the leader among music events in Croatia. All other dates are being determined according to Rokaj Fest, and organizational inputs from the 1st Rokaj became the "must have" among Croatian promoters.

In regards to new concept and approach to Rokaj 07, festival´s location moved from Šalata Stadium to lake Jarun, which gave Rokaj Fest the title of the first open air festival in this country.

Festival stayed at the epicenter of all cultural events, but with expanded capacity enabled more visitors to come and enjoy, including those from Europe, Usa and Canada.

Festival prolonged the program to 3 days and for the 1^st time presented the concept of having a 24/hrs program.

Alongside most important and immanent names of Croatian rock music visitors had a chance to see all the famous performers from ex-yu region, some of the world´s greatest club attractions, as well as new hopes of rock music - numerous demo bands.

It is the Rokaj Fest that became recognized as the only support to young bands by giving them the opportunity to perform alongside their music idols.

Night program started at 01 am, presenting the REAL COVER bands.

Real Cover bands of some of the most significant bands of all times such as RHCP, ACDC, LED Zeppelin, entertained the visitors until early morning hours, which made this program another successful move when it comes to innovations.
